Questions we get asked
- Can you clean outside business hours?
- Yes. Most of our commercial work runs before 8am or after 5pm, including weekends, so your team is never working around us.
- Do you supply equipment and consumables?
- We bring all equipment and commercial-grade products as standard. Consumables such as paper, soap and bin liners can be added to your contract at cost plus handling.
- How is quality checked?
- Every site has a written scope and a periodic site audit. If something is missed, tell us and we return to fix it at no charge.

End of Lease & Bond Cleaning
End of lease cleans are judged by the agent's exit inspection, not a general impression. Our bond cleaning works through the checklist property managers actually use, room by room. We photograph the finished property and come back free of charge if anything is queried within 7 days.
Builders & Post-Construction Cleaning
Construction dust settles three times before a property presents properly. We work in rough, detail and final stages so your site is photograph-ready for handover, and we can mobilise a crew for tight completion dates across the growth corridor.
