At lock-up, before fit-off

Rubbish and offcuts removed, floors swept and vacuumed, sticker and paint splatter knocked back so the next trades can work in a clean shell.
After trades finish
Detail clean
Full internal detail — cabinetry inside and out, tiles and grout haze, windows and tracks, skirtings, switches, vents and light fittings.
Morning of handover
Final handover clean
Touch-up pass so the property presents inspection-ready for the client walkthrough, with photos supplied on request.
