Questions, answered honestly
Pricing, guarantees, insurance and scheduling — the things people actually ask before booking a cleaner.
- How much does end of lease cleaning cost in Melbourne?
- For south-east Melbourne, a one-bedroom unit typically starts in the low hundreds, a standard three-bedroom home sits in the mid-hundreds, and larger or heavily soiled properties go higher. Carpet steam cleaning and external windows are priced separately. We give a fixed quote before we start — no hourly surprises.
- Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?
- We guarantee the clean, not the agent's decision — bond also covers damage, rubbish removal and gardens, which aren't ours. If the agent raises a cleaning item within 7 days of our clean, we return and fix it at no cost.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency for your records or your building manager. Every cleaner is also covered while on site.
- Are your cleaners police-checked?
- Yes. All staff hold a national police check, and anyone attending childcare, kindergarten or school sites also holds a current Working with Children Check.
- How quickly can you start?
- Most quotes are answered within two business hours. For domestic and vacate cleans we can usually attend within 24–72 hours, and commercial contracts typically start within a week of the scope being signed off.
- Do you supply your own equipment and products?
- Yes — commercial-grade equipment and eco-friendly products come with us on every job. For clinical and childcare sites we use hospital-grade disinfectants and can supply SDS sheets. If you'd prefer we use your products, that's fine too.
- Do you clean after hours or on weekends?
- Most of our commercial work happens before 8am or after 5pm so your business isn't disrupted, and weekend attendance is available. Domestic cleans run during the day.
- What suburbs do you cover?
- South-east Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula — including Frankston, Cranbourne, Berwick, Clyde North, Narre Warren, Pakenham, Dandenong, Officer, Mornington, Carrum Downs, Seaford and Hallam. Ask if you're just outside that corridor.
- Do I need to be home during the clean?
- No. Many clients leave a key or lockbox code. Keys are tagged without addresses and stored securely, and only assigned staff hold access details.
- What if I'm not happy with the clean?
- Tell us within 7 days and we return to re-clean the area free of charge. It's rare, but it's the only fair way to run a cleaning business.
- How do you price commercial contracts?
- By scope and frequency, not a vague hourly figure. We walk the site (or review a floor plan), write the scope, and quote a fixed rate per visit so your budgeting is predictable.
- Can you handle multiple sites?
- Yes. We service multi-site clients across the south-east with a single point of contact and consolidated invoicing.
